Thank you for choosing Vasyl Bykanov Massage & Kinesiology. Please read the following information before booking your appointment.

Booking an Appointment

All sessions are available by appointment.

You can choose your preferred service, date and available time through the online booking system.

If you are unsure which session is right for you, please contact me before booking and I will be happy to explain the different options.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If this is your first visit, arriving a few minutes early may be helpful so that you have time to settle in before your session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

Where possible, I will do my best to provide the full session, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you let me know at least 3 hours in advance whenever possible.

This gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and no cancellation fee is charged.

Session Prices & Payment

Current session prices and durations are displayed on the website and during the booking process.

• Deep Tissue Massage — 60 minutes — £50

• Sports Massage — 90 minutes — £70

• Kinesiology Session — 90 minutes — £70

• Holistic Body Balance Session — 90 minutes — £70

Any applicable payment information will be provided during the booking process or at your appointment.

Health & Medical Information

Please let me know before your session if you:

• have a recent injury, fracture or surgery;

• are experiencing an acute illness, fever or infection;

• have severe or unexplained pain;

• are pregnant;

• have a medical condition that may affect your session;

• take medication that may be relevant to your session;

• have open wounds, skin infections or significant inflammation in an area that may be worked on;

• are currently undergoing medical treatment;

• are unsure whether the service you have selected is appropriate for you.

If you have concerns about a medical condition or symptoms, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before your appointment.

Massage, Kinesiology and Holistic Body Balance sessions offered by Vasyl Bykanov Massage & Kinesiology are complementary services.

They are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, unexplained symptoms or concerns about your health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Adapting or Postponing a Session

In some circumstances, a session may need to be adapted, postponed or declined if there is a reasonable concern that the selected service may not be appropriate at that time.

If necessary, we can discuss whether another type of session or a different appointment date would be more suitable.

Your comfort, privacy and safety will be respected throughout your appointment.

Professional Conduct

All sessions are provided in a professional setting and all services are strictly professional in nature.

Inappropriate, abusive, threatening or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the session being ended immediately.
