KINESIOLOGY SESSION IN MANCHESTER
1
A Personalised Approach to Movement, Muscle Response & Wellbeing
A gentle complementary wellbeing session using muscle monitoring, touch, movement awareness and relaxation techniques.
Each session is personalised to your individual needs, comfort level and wellbeing goals.
2
What Is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a complementary wellbeing approach that uses gentle muscle monitoring alongside movement, touch and body awareness techniques.
During a session, I observe how different muscles respond to gentle pressure and movement. This information helps guide the session and identify areas that may benefit from additional attention.
Depending on your individual needs, a session may include muscle monitoring, gentle movement, massage-based techniques and relaxation approaches.
The session is always adapted to your comfort level and personal wellbeing goals.
3
Is a Kinesiology Session Right for You?
A Kinesiology Session may suit you if you notice muscle tension, stiffness or changes in how comfortably you move, or if you simply want to understand your body better and relax.
MOVEMENT & BODY AWARENESS
For people who notice stiffness, restricted movement or differences in how certain areas of the body move.
RELAXATION & WELLBEING
For times when your body feels tense, tired or overloaded and you want a calmer, slower session.
ACTIVE & BUSY LIFESTYLES
For people who spend long hours sitting, standing, driving, working at a computer or doing physically demanding work.
PERSONALISED BODYWORK
A session that can combine muscle monitoring, gentle movement and hands-on techniques depending on what you need that day.
More Than a Standard Wellbeing Session
Kinesiology is a personalised approach that considers how your body responds to gentle movement, muscle monitoring and touch.
Rather than following the same routine for every client, each session begins with a conversation about how you feel, your lifestyle and what you would like to focus on.
Gentle muscle monitoring and movement awareness may then be used to help guide the session.
Based on your individual response and comfort, I adapt the techniques and areas of focus throughout your appointment.
